Top Ten Tuesday is a fun weekly meme, hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
This week’s theme was “Books with SOMETHING on the Cover.” I picked trees, thinking I could get a list of ten for each age range and call it a day. “Oh, this will be easy,” I said. It was not.

Ooo I love your lists and spin on this week’s prompt. I read a few of these books and completely blocked out that they had trees on their cover. Like Rule of Wolves for instance.😉

Thank you – I also had to scrutinise my media gallery because I knew that I’d have forgotten about all that didn’t have “tree” in the title!

I liked that you chose something different here. And that you compiled a list for each part of an age. I’ve only read The Snow Child but some of these I’ve heard of.

I’m greedy! Why focus on one age range when I love more than one!?

They are so versatile – can be calming or creepy with just a bit of colour editing!

You actually found thirty books with trees on the cover, and that’s fantastic. I’m a huge tree fan.

Trees are so great! Necessary to life, pretty, good for construction, and can be so ominous on covers… Or fun and light!

My younger sister who is 11, had definitely read several of the middle grade books. She keeps trying to get me to read them!
Happy TTT!

Thank you – SNOW CHILD is such a good book, I’m hoping for one “slow” winter where I can re-read it!

I love how trees can be used in many different ways on the covers. A lot of them are creepy. My favorite use, though, was Tiffanie DeBartollo’s Sorrow cover.

Wow you’ve compiled quite the list here! I wish I’d waited to get The Near Witch till after the UK release, I got the original US version through Amazon, and it has a girl on the cover, and I’m so not a people on book covers fan! I love all the little details in the Rule of Wolves cover, it’s so lovely.
